Fall & Protected Growing

Dragon Burpless Cucumber is a warm-season crop and is NOT frost tolerant. For fall production, it is best suited to a greenhouse or other warm protected growing space where adequate temperatures and light can be maintained. Trellising is especially useful in greenhouse production because it keeps vines growing vertically and makes harvesting easier.

Quick Growing Tips

Provide full sun, warmth, fertile well-draining soil, and consistent moisture. Give vines a sturdy trellis or other climbing support and harvest fruits regularly to encourage continued production.
